What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times are generally 2 to 5 working days in mainland France. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a parcel tracking link by email to find out where it is in real time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Paypal .
Is payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are 100% secure via SSL encryption. We do not store any banking data.
Can I return a Dentowave product?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective , please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
How to request a refund?
Contact us via dentowave.contact@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We respond within 48 business hours .
Is the Bamboo Wave toothbrush suitable for sensitive gums?
Yes, our extra soft and dense bristles are designed to respect sensitive gums while ensuring effective cleaning.
How often should you change your brush?
We recommend replacing your toothbrush every 3 months , or sooner if the bristles are damaged.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any problems, contact us for prompt assistance.
